Drop in Clinics at the Forest Hill Activity Center
Dates (Sundays): December 11th, January 8th, January 22nd, January 29th
Time: 11:00am - 12:15pm
Where: Forest Hill Activity Center, 2213 Commerce Road, Forest Hill, MD 21050
What: Drop-In Clinics! We have been allotted time over 4 Sundays at the Forest Hill Activity Center. FHL will hold clinics run by our Wolfpack coaches during these time slots. All you need to do is bring your son with his equipment, and a $10 donation made out to Forest Hill Rec Council (FHRC). Coaches will work with your son going over basic skills. If you are a coach who volunteers to help, your son will be free each week you help. If you are able to help any or all the Sundays please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Again this year The Forest Hill Wolfpack will be offering equipment rental. The rental fee will be $50 for all pieces of equipment. If you are in need of just a helmet that will be a $25 fee. Finally, if you only need pads (arm, shoulder, or gloves) that fee will be $25. We will NOT be selling any equipment this year. The distribution dates have been set for the first Saturday in December through March from 9-10:30am. These dates are December 3rd, January 7th, February 4th, and March 4th. Please plan accordingly, if you are in need of equipment for the Full Throttle Winter League you must register before the December 3rd equipment distribution!
With the Bull Roast set we are in need of a Fundraising committee and chairperson NOW! We are looking for a leader who can organize the committee to complete the necessary tasks that are required to run a Bull Roast.
The tasks that need to be started now include soliciting donations, and coordinating with vendors leading up to the event.
The tasks that need to be done when the season begins in February are working with team managers to distribute and collect raffle tickets, preparing for the day of the event by organizing donations, setting up the silent auction, and coordinating a payment system.
The tasks the day of the event include setting up the venue with table decorations, the silent auction, and/or Chinese auction, running the 50/50 and wheels, handling payments and money collected, monitoring the silent auction, and of course cleaning up after the event.
Of course there will obviously be other items that have not been mentioned, but as you can certainly see we need a lot of help NOW! If you can help please email me at email@example.com
